TYPES OF MASSAGE EXPLAINED
1. NST (Normalization of Soft Tissue)

2. MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage)

MLD is extremely gentle, and non-invasive, therefore, it is effective in the treatment of acute injuries that might be too tender to touch with significant depth.
3. Swedish Massage
This type of massage is most familiar to the general public. This type of massage focuses on relaxation, yet also benefits the overall health of all the tissues of the body because is strives to improve and increase circulation of blood throughout the body. Frequently techniques characteristic to Swedish massage are used during NST to gently transition the deeper work from one part of the body to the next.
4. Topical CBD (organic, full spectrum, hemp derived) oil/lotion
Adding topical CBD (organic, full spectrum, hemp derived) oil/lotion to a session can enhance the outcomes, improve the sense of wellbeing, nourish the tissues and reduce discomfort/anxiety/inflammation/pain. Individual results vary. The products do no contain THC (phycho-active components) and is safe for use. This is an add-on service.
